Have owned three Mercedes and two Porsches so far, and this transaction was by far the most seamless I have had. The dealership was impressive insofar as the layout of the offices and showroom. The staff was all very personable and helpful. The staff is nice and they are very accommodating but the actual repair service provided is below mercedes expectations. First visit bottom trim was scratched up from lift, second visit was told that noise brakes were not covered under main warranty and that i wasnt fixable but i coult pay $600 to attempt to resolve the issue.
