A huge THANK YOU to the service department and your mobile roadside assistance young man. This is not even my home Mercedes dealership. I was stuck on the road with a flat this morning and I called Mercedes Me 1-800 Roadside Service which used to be a great service but it was AWFUL as I spoke to 6 different agents who told me a mobile service would contact me. After waiting one hour, they did not seem to know if anyone was coming or could locate a record of my request-it was obviously a call center with very poorly trained reps. I then contacted the service department at Clearwater Mercedes and the service manager (sorry missed his name), was very apologetic and took my phone number to "expedite my call." The mobile service from the dealership immediately called me back, took my information and dispatched a very nice young man, who changed my tire in the rain, and showed me where the defect was in the tire. This was ABOVE and BEYOND what I expected from this dealership and THANK YOU. I am sorry that I did not catch any of the names. The Mercedes ME 1-800 service is deplorable though. Amazing experience I had. An out of towner closing a deal on an automobile I never saw in person. I was reassure every step of the way by Esteban Bello that it will meet all of my expectations and it did and he didn’t disappoint. In addition while finance and numbers arent always pleasant, Karen William head finance did make it a great one and went out of her way to get me rates lower than my bank offered. Can’t say enough about the level of care and service I received at Clearwater Mercedez. My GLE 580. is amazing.

Brian told my wife it was brakes $2100. and proceeded to add front suspension parts $670 a new computer $6800. the list went on and on. Over $14,0000. So when I called Brian I asked him to replace the linkage $670 and deduct the $270 analysis fee and the bill should be approximately $400. He agreed but when my wife showed up he tried to charge her $1000 and didn't want to deduct the $270. After a lot of back and forth my wife left distraught and paid over $700. for what was promised to be $400 bill. Before she left he repeatedly warned her about how he wouldn't drive the car and we were putting other drivers at risk !! What an idiot. We drove that car for another 3 days before bringing it to a brake shop for a repair less than $1000 with oem mercedes parts. The mechanic said the car was in great shape and only needed new brakes and rotors. MB wanted $2100 for the same repair. When I attempted to get a refund the useless service manager Kim Cates just backed her boy Brian and refused to listen to reason and rejected everything that we said occurred...her response was to send us a recording of our conversation in a file which we couldn't open. Do not go here ...this is an unscrupulous repair facility who preys on people who may not understand every aspect of how a car works and attempt to scare them into overpriced repairs.

I was an out of state customer and I did have a good experience. I wont lie, so yes it was still a roller coaster ride seeing how I didnt get to test drive or see the car in person until I was ready to sign. This dealarshop is well organized, clean, with competent staff. The kind of people you want to work with when trying to pirchase a proper and safe mercedes. Not every dealarship has proper benzes and we forsure experienced that. The actual financing portion was also straight forward. No one really tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I even asked the finance department a few credit building questions to figure out a nice payment plan that would help with that as well as keep the rates down. My salesman was on top of things, but also a tad bit pushier than I wanted a few times. He actually taught me a few things and help with stress relief. In the end everything worked out well enough. After the deal was done, there was even more that made it all the more worth while to make sure to get a mercedes from mercedes. Out clients also received a few branded goodies as well as a walk thru and set up for the car. From the charg card to the mbusa account set up, they walked us through many features. There were also regular employees that had a few tips and tricks for the car as well. They experience went better than pretty much all other buying experience at other dealerships. It wasnt the cheapest, but we forsure got what we paid for and it was worth the extra miles.

With over 15 years of experience in finance—10 of those specifically in auto lending—I have reasonable expectations when it comes to customer service, and this behavior was completely unacceptable

I live in South St. Pete, so technically there’s a closer Mercedes dealership, but ever since I moved here a year ago, I’ve been coming to Mercedes-Benz of Clearwater — and now it’s the only place my wife and I will go. The service team is top-notch, the work is always done quickly and done right, and we especially love working with Toni. She’s a rockstar. We replaced our perfectly fine 2015 Mercedes Benz C-300 with the same model but 2021, to get updated safety features. We love the car! The salesperson at Mercedes Benz of Clearwater, Dorothea was wonderful! She was so kind, knowledgeable and patient! Thanks to everyone there.

Fair negotiations, a follow up call the day after getting the vehicle just to check everything was OK and he even picked me up in the airport in his own personal car. The vehicle was delivered to my home by flatbed. Within 3 miles of driving the car, the tire pressure light came on, and I had to find a gas station to inflate the tires. This never should’ve happened and is complete sloppiness by the service department.
